This is a day for a trip with the group. Some over 50 local students came to take us to Kamakura, a popular sightseeing spot with a rich history. The instructor followed the very last group, and eventually ended up with a long walk for the whole day, a very rare experience to see many quiet streets between temples and shrines.

A Special Entry
At this moment, 7 students from the Senshu 2010 program are in Japan, and they are visiting two from the same program who are working in Tokyo and in Hiroshima. It makes near half of the participants in three years ago back to the site they used spend some wonderful time. Here are a few photos from that group.

A Class Visit
Invited by Professor Itasaka in the Japanese Literature Department, we had a wonderful experience to visit a regular Japanese class, and had a brief exchange with local students.

A Morning Walk
This is Sunday, and no official event scheduled. In the early morning, the instructor had a walk, and climbed on the top of a small mountain right in front of his lodging house.
